Corporate Communications operate both internally and externally and never loose sight of it’s own goals and objectives. If you want to do it right and coordinate the different departments like the PR- and marketing departments or the sales and human resources departments, you have to act and think strategically. Based on the question of the given situation, this workshop develops objectives and includes the departments tasks. At the same time we are drawing up individually customized guidelines for internal and external communication and a respectful feedback culture.
